A Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA) is a crucial tool for identifying and understanding problem behaviors in children. By analyzing the events that occur before and after a behavior, an FBA can reveal the environmental factors that contribute to the behavior. This understanding of the behavior’s function is essential for creating effective behavior intervention plans. At KBN, we use FBAs as our preferred method to identify problem behaviors and develop personalized plans for our clients, providing effective behavior therapy.
